General Return Policy

All purchases made from Pavwerly are considered final sale.

We do not accept standard returns or exchanges unless the product arrives with a confirmed quality issue, visible shipping damage, or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

This policy applies to pet products including, but not limited to, pet toys, beds, feeding accessories, grooming items, travel essentials, and other pet care products.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully review product quality before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team before taking any further action.

Please inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. Any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label, if available

Once we receive your information, our team will review the case and determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.


Refunds

If your claim is approved for a full or partial refund, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 7–12 business days, depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider’s processing time.

Please note that processing times are controlled by the payment provider after the refund has been issued from our side.


Exchanges

Pavwerly does not offer standard exchanges.

Replacements are only available when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the request has been reviewed and approved by our customer support team.

If the original product is unavailable, we may offer another suitable resolution, such as a refund or alternative replacement option.


Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send any products back unless our customer support team has specifically instructed you to do so.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. We are unable to issue a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other resolution for unauthorized returns.

Customers are responsible for any costs or losses related to returns sent without approval.
